Downtown hosts over 200 special events each year which draw nearly 1.5 million spectators. Many of the most popular attractions in the Dallas-Fort Worth-area are located Downtown: Dallas Alley, Dallas Farmers Market, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Public Library, Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, Pioneer Plaza, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, and the West End Historic District.


Downtown Annual Events
Major events in Downtown Dallas include Hoop It Up in June (attendance: 200,000), the Taste of Dallas in July (attendance: 250,000) and the Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade in December (attendance: 300,000).
